On Monday 30 June our CEO Delva Patman visited The Brain Charity. One of the 12 charities we awarded funding to in our first closed round.

Our first open round for grant applications closed on Friday 27 June. We were impressed by both the quality and volume of applications we received.

Funding to improve health outcomes for farmers, by sending practitioners to the rural locations farmers already visit, to offer health checks and referrals.

Farms for City Children is a charity founded by author Sir Michael Morpurgo and his wife Clare, to give children the chance to experience the benefits of time in nature. The impact of offering experiences like no other, to children living in disadvantage is huge.

The Brain Charity – expert counselling for neurological conditions

During Action for Brain Injury Awareness Week (19 May – 25 May) we highlighted the work of The Brain Charity.. There are 600 known neurological conditions that impact the brain. Many are well-known. However, there are also rare conditions that effect a handful of people that are lonely and frightening.
