We are interested in supporting voluntary organisations that specifically offer health and wellbeing programmes to communities that might be geographically or socially isolated. This is the type of work we will consider supporting:

  • Organisations working in rural communities where people find it harder to access health and social care, general practice, medicine and transport.
  • Services that offer specific healthcare or wellbeing support to people that might face barriers accessing care due to race, gender or socio-economic factors.

We would love to hear from projects that are working to reduce health disparities between communities.
